MalpracticeAttorneys.com is opening state by state. Here is where we plan to connect people with participating attorneys, and where we can’t. No state is open for requests yet.

The states we plan to serve.
Every state has its own rules for lawyer advertising, for services like ours, and for consumer privacy. We open a state only after reviewing those rules with local counsel, and only once enough independent law firms there have joined. The state where the care or service took place decides which list applies.

Some states have consumer-privacy laws that follow the people who live there. For now, we can’t accept requests from people who live in these states, even about care or services elsewhere:

Need help in a state that isn’t open yet, or isn’t available? The state or local bar association where the problem happened may run a lawyer referral service, and you can check any lawyer’s license with the bar or court that licenses lawyers in that state.

When requests open in your state, you can tell us what happened in a few short steps and approve the one participating firm that receives it.
